All purchases made through Teal Dragonfly Creations are **final sale**. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect color or item selection, or other personal preferences.

Please review product descriptions, photos, measurements, colors, quantities, and other details carefully before completing your purchase. Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, broken, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Please include:

* Your name and order number

* A description of the issue

* Clear photos of the damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect item

* Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Handmade & Hand-Dyed Items

Many of our products are handmade or hand-dyed, making each one beautifully unique. Slight variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance are a natural part of handmade and hand-dyed products and are not considered defects.

For hand-dyed yarn, we recommend purchasing enough yarn for your entire project at one time, as colors may vary slightly between dye lots or skeins.
